摘要
糯扎渡水电站溢洪道泄槽段底板混凝土处于高流速区,对混凝土浇筑质量要求极高,为保证底板抗冲耐磨混凝土施工质量和外观质量,陡槽段23%坡段底板和掺气坎反坡段主要采用滑模技术进行施工。文章详细介绍了滑模系统的组成、极限承载校核以及滑模施工时应注意的问题。经检测,该底板混凝土施工质量达到优良。
the floor concrete at the chute section of spillway, Nuozhadu Hydropower Project, is seated at the area with high-velocity flow. So, quality of the concrete placement is strictly required. To assure quality of both construction and appearance of the scouring- and wearing- resistance concrete of the floor, 23% the slope floor at the steep chute section and reverse slope section of aerator are con- creted by application of the sliding formworks especially. In this paper, components and limit bearing check of the sliding formworks as well as key points for construction with application of the sliding formworks are introduced in detail. The inspection shows that the con- struction quality of the floor concrete placement is excellent.
