糯扎渡水电站工程悬臂梁施工工艺

摘要 悬臂梁结构作为水电工程中常见的施工结构,其施工工艺较为复杂,质量控制难点多。文章结合糯扎渡电站进水塔悬臂梁施工工艺,从悬臂梁模板施工控制、钢筋工艺、混凝土入仓、振捣等施工控制重点进行阐述,其施工参数和工艺可为同类型工程提供借鉴。 The cantilever beam is a common structure in hydropower projects. Its construction technology is complicated and difficulties in term of its quality control of construction are a lot. In combination with the construction technology of the intake tower of Nuozhadu Hydro- power Project, the key control points of construction from installation control of cantilever formworks, technology on reinforcement pro- cessing, concrete placed in blocks till vibration, etc are described especially in this paper. The construction parameters and technology can be referred to other similar projects.
