Reflection on University Counselors' Work from the Perspective of University Students Repeatedly Trapped in Pyramid Selling

大学生身陷非法传销,不仅危害其自身,而且危害家庭、学校和社会,其影响是巨大的。辅导员作为大学生日常教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者,应重点加强对大学生的法律素质教育,引导大学生知法懂法、守法用法;加强对大学生的思想政治教育,引导大学生明礼诚信、乐于奉献;加强对贫困大学生的人文关怀,引导贫困生艰苦奋斗、立志成才;加强对大学生的就业创业教育,引导大学生谨慎择业、理智创业。这样才能不断引导学生明辨是非,认清非法传销的犯罪本质。

When university students are trapped in illegal pyramid selling, it does great harm to them- selves, and endangers the family, school and society. Moreover the impact is violent. And therefore as the organizers, implementers, and guidance of college students＇ daily work of education and management, the counselors should focus on strengthening the education of college students＇ legal quality to guide them knowing and understanding, abiding and using the law. And they should reinforce ideological and political education to teach students courtesy and honesty and be willing to devote. They should caring more about those in economic difficulty humanely to conduct students to strive hardly and aspired to success. And they should lead college students to select their enterprise with caution and start their entrepreneurship sensi- bly. Finally the counselors should constantly tell the students to distinguish from right to wrong, and make them understand the criminal nature of the illegal pyramid scheme.
