基于客户价值的独立学院绩效评价指标研究

摘要 独立学院是以新的机制和模式运行的"教学型大学",目前国内常用的大学绩效评价指标体系并不完全适合独立学院。从客户价值的视角对独立学院绩效评价指标体系进行探索,认为:独立学院绩效评价评价指标体系由5个维度组成,即货币成本、知识利益、服务利益、品牌利益、情感利益。通过信度和效度检验,此5个维度具有良好的信度和效度。大学绩效评价指标的确定不仅是一个技术问题,还有价值层面的意义。因子分析显示,独立学院学生对自身利益十分关切,核心是对独立学院教学质量的关注。独立学院要树立科学的大学绩效观、大学办学理念,紧紧围绕"培养应用型人才"的定位,以教学为中心,全面提高人才培养质量。 An independent college is "a teaching-oriented college" implementing new operating mecha- nisms and modes. In China. the present performance evaluation indexes of universities do not adapt to in- dependent colleges. This paper researches the performance evaluation indexes of independent colleges from the particular perspective of the customer value, and the result shows that the teaching performance evalu- ation indexes consist of 5 dimensions: currency cost, knowledge benefits, service benefits, brand benefits and feeling benefits, which prove of good reliability and effectiveness. The analysis shows that the stu dents are mainly concerned about their own interests especially about the teaching quality; therefore, the indexes are both technical and valuable. The independent college should scientifically establish perfor- mance evaluation indexes and concepts, focusing on the mission of cultivating applied talents', maintain ing teaching-centered method and improving the quality of the overall talents.
