载脂蛋白M基因多态性与冠心病的相关性

摘要 目的检测载脂蛋白M(ApoM)基因rs805264位点、rs707922位点和rs707921位点的多态性在贵州省汉族人群的分布,探讨其多态性与冠心病(CHD)的相关性。方法采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法检测220例CHD患者和195例对照组的基因型,以酶法测定血脂水平。结果ApoM基因rs805264位点、rs707922位点及rs707921位点等位基因G-G-C、A-T-A紧密连锁,CHD组A-T-A单体型显著高于对照组。CHD组及对照组A-T-A单体型血清总胆固醇水平显著高于G-G-C单体型组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇低于G-G-C单体型组。结论贵州汉族人群ApoM基因rs805264、rs707922和rs707921位点A-T-A单体型可能是CHD的潜在遗传致病危险因子。 Objective To detect polymorphisms distribution of rs805264, rs707922 and rs707921 of ApoM gene of Han population in Guizhou Province, and detect the association of apolipoprotein M gene polymorphism with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods PCR-RFLP was used to determine the genotypes of ApoM in 220 patients with CHD and 195 health peoples. Lipids of blood were deter- mined with enzymatic method. Results A total of rs805264G- rs707922G-rs707921C and rs805264A- rs707922T-rs707921A haplotypes were closely linked. A-T-A haplotypes of ApoM gene were higher in CHD group than in control group. The serum levels of TC in the A-T-A haplotypes of CHD patients and controls were higher than in the G-G-C haplotypes. The serum levels of HDL in the A-T-A haplo- types of CHD patients and controls were lower than in the G-G-C haplotypes. Conclusion A-T-A hap- lotypes of ApoM genes may be associated with the development of CHD.
