摘要
目的比较四种牙本质粘结剂(I-Bond、G-Bond、Xeno V和Clearfil S3 Bond)的粘接强度,为临床上正确选择、合理使用粘接剂提供实验依据。方法60颗离体前磨牙,随机分为4组,每组15颗。将四种粘结剂分别用于暴露的牙本质表面,修复树脂"冠",光照固化。用CMT7104型万能材料测试仪测试试件微拉伸和剪切粘结强度,比较四种牙本质粘结剂的粘结强度。结果四种粘结剂的粘结强度均值依次为Xeno V>Clearfil S3 Bond>G-Bond>I-Bond。其中,I-Bond与G-Bond的粘结强度差异无显著性(P>0.05);Xeno V和Clearfil S3 Bond的粘结强度差异亦无显著性(P>0.05);而I-Bond和G-Bond的粘结强度明显低于Xeno V和Clearfil S3 Bond(P<0.05)。结论四种牙本质粘结剂中,Xeno V和Clearfil S3 Bond的粘结强度明显高于I-Bond和G-Bond的粘结强度。
Objective To evaluate the effects of different four dental adhesive systems(I-Bond, G- Bond, Xeno V, and Clearfil S3 Bond)on the bond strengthen to dentin, then optimize the process of clinic application and explore the mechanism. Methods A total of 60 intact human premolars extracted for orthodontic reasons were used. And then these teeth were randomly divided into 4 groups which were 15 premolar teeth. The enamel of occlusal surfaces of these premolar teeth was removed and su- perficial dentine was exposed. Adhesive procedures were carried out according to 4 adhesives(I-Bond, G-Bond, Xeno V, Clearfil S~ Bond)and resin crowns were bonded. All of specimens were to be tested the micro strengthen and cut strengthen in tension by CMT7104 universal testing machine. Results The bond strengthen of four dental adhesives was that Xeno V^Clearfi $3 Bond^G-Bond〉I-Bond. There were no statistically significant differences (P〉0.05) between I-Bond and G-Bond. And there were no statistically significant differences (P〉0.05) between Xeno V and Clearfil S3 Bond. The bond strength of Xeno V and Clearfil S3 Bond to dentin was significantly higher than that of I-Bond and G-Bond. Conclusion The bond strength of Xeno V and Clearfil S3 Bond to dentin is significantly higher than that of I-Bond and G-Bond.
