CPC leadership education emerged during the new-democratic period. After its development, maturity and redevelopment, its distinct model came into being before the establishment of the People＇s Republic of China, which exerts important influence on leadership education of new China. Hence, it is necessary to expound the history of the development of CPC leadership education and analyze its characteristics for the progress of our cause of leadership education.
