摘要
探讨烟室墙体上安装微孔无机保温材料的密集烤房的烘烤烟叶效果,试验结果表明:装有微孔无机保温材料的密集烤房在烟叶烘烤过程中,每公斤干烟可节省煤炭0.43 kg,省电0.11kW/h;每烘烤1 kg干烟所需鲜烟重量降低0.48 kg;上等烟比例提高9.21个百分点,均价提高0.1元/kg,微孔无机保温材料对密集烤房具有明显的节能增产提质作用。
Effect of installing the mieroporous inorganic thermal insulation material to the walls of crowded tobacco flue-cu- ring barns on tobacco-cured efficiency was explored. The results showed that, in crowded curing barn installed with micro- porous inorganic thermal insulation materials, each kg dry tobacco in tobacco baking process, can save coal 0.43 kg, elec- tricity 0.11 kwh; the needed fresh tobacco weight for baking 1 kg dry tobacco reduces 0.48 kg; fine tobacco ratio increased 9.21 percentage points, average price increased 0.1 Yuan per kg, farmers net income increased 35 Yuan per hm2. To install microporous inorganic insulation material in crowded curing barn has obvious energy-saving, yield-increasing and quality-im- proving effects.
