摘要
农村集体"三资"(资金、资产、资源)管理问题,是现阶段农民群众关注的热点、焦点问题,也是农村基层干部容易涉案的主要领域。加强农村集体"三资"监管工作,使农村集体"三资"监管工作走上制度化、规范化管理轨道,可以促进农村基层党风廉政建设,进一步发展壮大农村集体经济。
Management of the rural collective ＂three-capital＂ （funds, assets, resources） is the focus problem, which being noted by farmer masses at present stage. This paper summarized the current status of rural collective ＂three-capital＂ supervi- sion and management, and put forward some suggestions to solve the existing problems.
