摘要
目的了解多药耐药产ESBLs大肠埃希菌中转座子携带情况。方法纸片扩散法(K-B法)测定大肠埃希菌对6种3类抗菌药物的敏感性并筛选出产ESBLs菌株;聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测转座子遗传标记(merA、tn-pA、tnpU)。结果 merA检出15株,总检出率为21.13%,其中多药耐药菌10株,占22.22%,tnpA和tnpU均未检出;merA在不同耐药模式中检出差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);merA在产酶菌株不同耐药模式中检出差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);merA在非产酶菌株中检出差异无统计学意义;merA在产酶和非产酶菌株中检出差异无统计学意义。结论多药耐药产ESBLs大肠埃希菌中转座子遗传标记merA携带率高。
OBJECTIVE To understand the distribution of transposons in multidrug-resistant extended spectrum β-lactamase(ESBL)-producing Escherichia coli strains.METHODS The drug susceptibility testing of the E.coil strains to 6 antibiotics was performed by disk diffusion,and the ESBL-producing strains were screened.Polymerase chain reaction was employed to detect the genetic markers of transposons including merA,tnpA and tnpU.RESULTS The total detection rate of genetic markers of transposons merA was 21.13%(15 strains),there were 10(22.22%) strains of multidrug-resistant strains,and neither of the tnpA-positive strains or tnpU-positive strains were detected.The difference in the detection rate of merA between the various resistance patterns was statistically significant(P0.05).The drug resistance in the detection rate of merA between the ESBL-producing strains with various resistance patterns was statistically significant(P0.05).The difference in the detection rate of merA between the non-ESBL-producing strains was not statistically significant.The difference in the detection rate of merA between the ESBL-producing strains and non-ESBLs-producing trains was not statistically significant.CONCLUSION The detection rate of transposons of genetic marker merA is high in the multidrug-resistant-ESBL-producing E.coli strains.
