护士慎独精神在医院感染控制中运用与成效

Application of shendu spirit of junior nurses in control of nosocomial infections and its effectiveness

目的提高全院低年资护士的慎独精神,有效控制医院感染。方法对医院各科共101名低年资护士进行护士行为规范的不记名调查,统计分析后采取相应整改措施,3个月后对该批护士再次调查,总结效果,并将整改前3个月的医院感染率与整改后3个月的医院感染率进行对比。结果部分低年资护士未严格按照操作规程进行日常操作,经过培训、整改,护士洗手后在工作服上擦干的现象从71.3%降至27.7%;接触不同患者未使用手消毒剂从51.5%降至25.7%;操作前后未洗手或不使用快速手消毒剂消毒从52.5%降至22.8%;操作时没有携带锐器盒自43.6%降至17.8%,医院感染率整改前后也有明显降低。结论通过组织低年资护士学习慎独精神、医德规范、护理伦理、相关法律法规等相关知识培训,能更有效地控制医院感染。

OBJECTIVE To improve the Shendu spirit of junior nurses in the hospital so as to effective control the nosocomial infections.METHODS The codes of conducts of 101 junior nurses were investigated anonymously,the corresponding rectification measures were taken after the statistyical analysis.Three months later,those nurses were investigated again,the effects were summarized,and the incidence rates of nosocomial infections before and after the rectification were compared.RESULTS Some of the nurses did not conform to the operation procedures to perform the daily operation.After the training and rectification,the percentage of the nurses who dried their hands with overalls after hand washing decreased from 71.3% to 27.7%,the percentage of not using disinfectants after contacting patients dropped from 51.5% to 25.7%,the percentage of not using the disinfectants for rapid hand disinfection before and after the operation decreased from 52.5% to 22.8%,the percentage of not carrying sharp instrument cartridge while performing operation dropped from 43.6% to 17.8%,and the incidence of nosocomial infections was also significantly decreased before and after the rectification.CONCLUSION It is an effective way to control the nosocomial infections by conducting the training of the junior nurses for Shendu spirit,medical ethics and nursing ethics as well as the laws and regulations.
