基层医院消毒供应中心的规范实施与管理

Standard management of central sterile supply department in a grass-root hospital

目的建立规范的消毒供应中心,实现可重复使用医疗物品集中消毒灭菌管理,预防与控制医院感染。方法按照医院的实际状况和原有建筑基本框架,本着最低成本原则结合现行相关国家规范和医院的具体要求,进行合理优化布局,严格控制环境质量,人流、物流不逆行、不交叉。结果设计并改造成标准的二甲医院消毒供应中心,使新建的消毒供应中心各项质量符合规范标准和技术要求,为临床提供了高质量、满意的医疗用品服务。结论规范的消毒供应中心布局,可确保医疗安全,减少资源浪费,降低医疗成本,达到预防和控制医院感染。

OBJECTIVE To set up the standard central sterile supply department,realize the centralized disinfection of recyclable medical items so as to prevent and control nosocomial infections.METHODS According to the actual status of the hospital and the framework of original construction,the layout was optimized in spirit of the principle of lowest cost combined with the current national regulations and specific requirements of the hospital,the environmental quality was strictly under control,the retrograde or cross of the staff flow and logistic flow was avoided.RESULTS A two-A central sterile supply department has been established,which made sterilization and disinfection meet the standard regulations and the technical requirements,therefore offering the hospital with high-quality recyclable medical items.CONCLUSION The standard layout of the central sterile supply department can ensure the medical safety and reduce the waste of resources and the medical cost so as to prevent and control the nosocomial infections.
