ATP生物荧光检测法监测口腔科诊室物体表面污染程度的可行性研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的了解口腔科诊室常见污染区域的污染现状,探讨ATP生物荧光检测法监测物体表面污染程度的可行性。方法随机选取牙周科诊室20组物体表面,在消毒前、后分别用ATP荧光检测系统进行监测,同时用常规菌落计数法做平行试验,记录合格率。结果消毒前口腔科诊室物体表面用ATP检测和用国标菌落计数法检测,合格率分别为0和38.3%,消毒后合格率分别为50.0%和100.0%,消毒前后测定结果差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);消毒前ATP法与菌落计数法相比,其测定光度值(RLU)的对数值与菌落计数法所测的菌落形成单位(CFU)对数值具相关性(R=0.504,P<0.01);消毒后ATP法与菌落计数法相比,其RLU的对数值与菌落形成单位(CFU)对数值无相关性。结论 ATP法用于监测口腔科物体表面污染程度,与传统方法相比,具有方便、快速的特点,但其与菌落计数法的相关性还待进一步探讨,而且其并不能进行菌落鉴定,因此不能取代菌落计数法。 OBJECTIVE To identify the contamination status of general surface in dental treatment room and to evaluate the possibility of ATP bioluminescence method in monitoring the contamination of object surfaces.METHODS A total of 20 groups of object surfaces were chosen randomly in the department of periodontology,including the operational panel of dental unit,lamp chimney and the face mask.The ATP bioluminescence method was employed to monitor before and after the disinfection,the parallel assay was performed with the routine bacterial colony counting method,and the qualified rates were recorded.RESULTS With the object surfaces in the dental treatment room being detected with ATP and the international bacterial colony counting method,the qualified rates were 0% and 38.3% before disinfection,and 50.0% and 100.0% after disinfection,the difference in the detection result between before and after the disinfection was statistically significant(P0.01).As compared with the ATP method and the bacterial colony count method before the disinfection,the lgRLU of bioluminescence method was correlated with the lgCFU of the bacterial colony count method(R=0.504,P0.01),while there was no correlation between the lgRLU and lgCFU.CONCLUSION ATP bioluminescence method is efficient and convenient in monitoring the contamination of object surfaces in the dental treatment room as compared with traditional plate-culture method,while it can′t be used for the identification of the bacterial strains,consequently,it can′t be a substitute for the plate-culture method.
