摘要
研究了PPTA/尼龙1010分子复合材料的等温结晶与熔化行为,发现PPTA对尼龙1010有强的成核作用,使尼龙1010的T_c,k值,T_m提高,n值减小,这是由于PPTA作为晶核其表面与尼龙1010分子链的相互作用所致。PPTA还可减弱尼龙1010自身形成氢健的温度依赖性而有利于改善尼龙1010在等温结晶时的晶格畸变。
The isothermal crystallization and melting behavior of poly-p-phenylene terephthalamide (PPTA)/nylon 1010 molecular composites were studied. It was shown that PPTA acts as a nucleus, thereby expediting the rate of crystallization of nylon 1010. The temperature dependence of hydrogen bond in nylon 1010 could be reduced in the presence of PPTA, therefore the distorted crystalline structure of nylon 1010 was improved.
