摘要
网络团购可以实现团购网站、商家、消费者等的合作共赢,但同时存在着产品绩效、时间、隐私、价格、网站来源、支付等风险,这些风险的成因主要来自于消费者、团购网站、商户、网络安全和政策法规等方面。为了规范网络团购市场,政府应健全法制,强化信用认证机制的效力,严惩违法行为;团购网站应依法经营,提高服务水平,保护商家商业秘密和消费者个人信息;商户应依法诚信经营,保护消费者信息安全;消费者应选择正规网站,并注意保护个人信息等。
Online group shopping can realize the cooperation and mutual benefit of group shopping websites, merchants and consumers. But it incurred risks in terms of product performance, time, privacy, price, source of the website and payment. And causes for that are concerning such aspects of consumer, group shopping website, merchant, network safety and policy and regulation. To standardize the group shopping market, the government should perfect the law and regulation system, strengthen the effectiveness of credit authentication mechanism, and severely punish the illegal behaviors; the group shopping websites should operate according to law, improve the level of service and protect the privacy of merchants and consumers~ the merchants should operate according to law, and protect the information safety of consumers; and the consumers should choose the legal website and pay attention to individual information protection.
