摘要
目的:研究宝铎草提取物的体外抗菌作用。方法:运用平板打孔法分析宝铎草提取物对常见病原性细菌和单细胞真菌的敏感性。采用微量液体稀释法检测宝铎草各提取物对常见病原性细菌和单细胞真菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果:宝铎草提取物,除水层外,对不同病原性细菌具有不同的抑制作用,其中水洗脱部分对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌和肺炎克雷伯菌均有抑菌作用,95%乙醇总提物(1∶40)和95%乙醇洗脱部分(1∶40)对金黄色葡萄球菌具有杀菌作用。而宝铎草水层提取物对细菌和单细胞真菌均未见明显抑制或杀灭作用,所有提取物对单细胞真菌亦均未见显著性作用。结论:宝铎草的部分提取物对所试细菌株有抑菌作用,而对单细胞真菌均未见明显的抑菌或杀灭作用。
Objective: To investigate the in vitro effects of Radix et Rhizoma Dispori extracts on bacteria and fungi. Method: The effects on bacteria and fungi of Radix et Rhizoma Dispori extracts were measured by inhibition zone diameters. The minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC) and the minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of Radix et Rhizoma Dispori extract was determined by micr0-1iquid dilution method. Result: Radix et Rhizoma Dispori extracts, except for the water layer, have apparent inhibitory effect to Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Klebsiella pneumonia. The 95% alcohol extract (1:40) and the 95% alcohol elution part (1:40) could kill S. aureus. All extracts of Radix et Rhizoma Dispori showed no inhibitory effect to Candida albicans and Cryptococcus neoformans. Conclusion: Some extracts of Radix et Rhizoma Dispori have bacteriostatic activities, but no inhibitory effect to single-celled fungi in vitro.
