贵州省冠状病毒感染状况

Infection status of coronavirus type HCOV-OC43,type HCOV-229E,type HCOV-HKU1 and type HCOV-NL63 in Guizhou Province

目的对贵州省呼吸道症候群病例的冠状病毒HCOV-OC43型、HCOV-229E型、HCOV-HKU1型和HCOV-NL63型的感染状况进行检测。方法提取病毒核酸RNA,通过实时荧光定量PCR(Real-Time PCR)方法检测冠状病毒。结果在收集到的282份呼吸道症候群病例标本中,冠状病毒HCOV-OC43型阳性有11份。其余均为阴性。其它三个型别未检出。结论贵州省呼吸道症候群病例中存在冠状病毒感染,其型别为冠状病毒HCOV-OC43型。阳性率为3.9%。

Objective To detect the respiratory syndrome case coronavirus type HCOV-OC43,type HCOV-229E,type HCOV-HKU1 and type HCOV-NL63 infection status in Guizhou province. Methods Nucleic acid of virus quantitative RNA was extracted and detected for coronavirus by real-time fluorescent(Real-Time PCR) method. Results In total of collected 282 respiratory syndrome case specimens,coronavirus HCOV-OC43 positive was 11.The rest specimen was negative.The other three types not detected. Conclusion There is coronavirus infection in specimens of respiratory syndrome case in Guizhou province.The type of coronavirus is HCOV-OC43 and the positive rate is 3.9%.
