新型旋风分离器高效分离多株生防真菌分生孢子 被引量:3

摘要 真菌生防制剂在害虫生防和植病生防中具有极大的应用潜力,有效侵染体(气生分生孢子)的质量和数量对它的应用有极大的影响。本文通过固体发酵获得三株生防真菌代表菌株(球孢白僵菌Beauveriabassiana、金龟子绿僵菌Metarhizium anisopliae、绿色木霉Trichoderma viride)的气生分生孢子,进行孢子分离装置的分离效果比较和评价。结果表明,自主研制的CC旋风分离器在分离性能上优于进口的MH5型旋风孢子分离器和200目不锈钢筛网,金龟子绿僵菌的孢子粉得率为3.7%,含孢量为0.68×1011孢子.g 1;而且分离三株生防菌株的分生孢子的技术指标和分离效率也较高。因此,自主研制的分离装置适合各类生防真菌高纯度孢子粉的分离,具有较好的通用性和应用价值。 There is a great potential of fungal biocontrol agents against pest insects and plant disease. Aerial conidia, the primary inoculums for effective infection of fungal biocontrol agents, can be readily produced in vitro by solid-state fermentation (SSF). Quality and quantity of conidial powder are key factors for formulation, and can dramatically affect field application as well. In this study, collection efficiency of three separators were evaluated on aerial conidial powder of three representative isolates, Beauveria bassiana, Metarhizium anisopliae and Trichoderma viride, synchronously produced in upright multi-tray conidiation chamber by SSF. For the three isolates, self-developed cyclone separator had a maximal yield of 2.5 × 10^12 per kg rice, which was higher than MH5 cyclone separator and 200 mesh stainless screen. All technical parameters on collection efficiency and yield were all acceptable. The results suggest that the self-developed separator can be potentially developed into commercial device for collection of aerial conidia.
