摘要
目的分析空军总医院2000-2010年用血情况,指导临床科学合理用血。方法对2000-2010年空军总医院临床用血情况进行统计,计算成分输血率及各成分的使用比例。结果成分输血率2002-2010年间均在99%以上;2003年后自体输血率均超过20%;接受输血患者人均红细胞使用量逐渐较少,血浆及血小板使用量增幅较大。结论空军总医院成分输血率及自体输血率已达较高水平,但需要进一步增强临床科学合理输血的观念,提高对血浆及血小板合理应用的认识。
Objective To analyze the status of clinical blood transfusion in Air Force General Hospital of PLA from 2000 to 2010 and provide guidance for more effective and reasonable blood transfusion. Methods The situation of blood transfusion in hospital from 2000 to 2010 was analyzed and the percentage of each blood component transfusion and the rate of autologous blood transfusion were analyzed. Results The percentage of blood component transfusion was high- er than 99% from 2002 to 2010. The rate of autologous blood transfusion had been higher than 20% since 2003. The units of red cell transfused per person was gradually reduced, while the use of plasma and platelets transfused per person was significantly increased. Conclusion The percentage of blood component transfusion and the rate of autologous blood transfusion have reached the advanced level, while the plasma abuse and platelets transfusion should be controlled.
