[BMIM]PF_6改性三聚氰胺对硬质聚氨酯泡沫阻燃性能的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Melamine Modified by 1-Buty-3-Methylimidazolium Hexafluorophosphate on Flame Retardancy of Rigid Polyurethane Foams

摘要 采用咪唑基离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐([BMIM]PF6)对三聚氰胺(C3H6N6)进行改性,研究改性C3H6N6对硬质聚氨酯泡沫阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,与未改性C3H6N6相比,改性C3H6N6可明显提高硬质聚氨酯泡沫的阻燃性能,当改性C3H6N6的质量分数为25%时,硬质聚氨酯泡沫的极限氧指数从21.90%提高到24.95%。综合考虑极限氧指数、水平燃烧速度、质量保持率、总放热量等因素,当[BMIM]PF6与C3H6N6的质量比为6∶4、改性C3H6N6的质量分数为25%时,阻燃效果较好,极限氧指数可达24.70%,水平燃烧速度为33.4 mm/min。 Effects of melamine(C3H6N6)modified by imidazolium based ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([BMIM]PF6) on flame retardancy of rigid polyurethane foams were investigated. The results show that comparing with unmodified C3H6N6, C3H6N6 modified with [BMIM]PF6 can improve the flame retardancy of the rigid polyurethane foams significantly and the limited oxygen index increases from 21.90% to 24.95% when the mass fraction of modified C3H6N6 is 25%. Comprehensive considering of the limited oxygen index value, horizontal burning speed, mass retention rate, total heat release quantity etc., when mass ratio of [BMIM]PF6 and C3H6N6 is 6 : 4 and mass fraction of modified C3H6N6 is 25%, flame retardancy is excellent, the LOI is up to 24.70% and the horizontal burning speed is 33.4 mm/min.
