摘要
针对现有井架应变电测法存在劳动强度大、低温环境适应性差、测量点有限等不足,提出了采用数字散斑相关法进行井架检测的思路。在介绍数字散斑相关法的基本原理和试验仪器的基本组成之后,对模型井架的测试试验情况进行了详细介绍。分析结果表明,位移测试结果与计算机模拟结果符合性良好,在修正模型后,位移和应力的模拟结果与测试结果基本一致。认为可以用数字散斑相关法对井架进行检测评价,而且采用该方法能有效发现井架载荷偏心和基础下沉等缺陷,但该方法在推广应用之前还需要做进一步研究和试验。
There exist high labor intensity, poor adaptability to low temperature environment and limited number of measuring points with the strain eleetrometric method for the derrick available. The idea of using the digital speckle correlation method (DSCM) to test the derrick was formulated. After an introduction of the basic principle of DSCM and the basic composition of test instruments, the measurement and test of the model derrick was introduced in detail. The analysis shows that the displacement test result is well in agreement with the computer simulation result. After model modification, the simulation result of displacement and stress is basically in agreement with the test result. It is thought that DSCM can be used for the inspection and assessment of the derrick. Moreover, adoption of the method can help to find out the defects such as derrick load eccentricity and base sinking. But further study and test should be conducted with the method before its spread of application.
