摘要
针对JHX5280TJC型洗井车在江苏油田现场作业中存在的一些不足,进行了相应的流程分析,提出了相应的改进措施。通过加装24 V风冷散热器使三缸泵动力端及减速箱润滑油温升过快问题得到解决;将加药点设置在斜管除油器入水口使药剂可充分反应,出水水质明显好转;通过设置旁通使洗井车适应于低压井的洗井。整改后的洗井车作业效率提高23%,故障停机率降低70%,实用性、可靠性和经济性均大幅提高。
In light of the weaknesses in the field operation of Model JHX5280TJC well-flushing truck in Jiangsu Oilfield, the corresponding process analysis was conducted and measures for improvement were proposed. The problem of too fast temperature rise with three-cylinder pump power end and reducer casing lubricating oil was solved by the retrofitting of 24-vohage air blast radiator. The reagent feeding point was installed at the water inlet of inclined tube oil remover in order to achieve full reaction of reagents. As a result the quality of outlet water got better remarkably. The by-pass was arranged to make the truck suitable for the flushing of low pressure wells. After the modification the operating efficiency of the truck increased by 23%, the breakdown rate decreased by 70%. The practicality, reliability and economic benefits of the truck were improved remarkably.
