摘要
在文化多元、网络信息时代,高校作为文化传承的重要平台和文化创新的重要载体,要积极探索德育创新,以增强德育的针对性和实效性。本文通过分析高校德育的多元文化时代背景,强调德育工作者应在德育创新中发挥主导作用,在"文化育人"目标引领下,发挥文化的凝聚力、影响力和牵引力,开展引导式、体验式、在线式德育,促使大学生提升文化认同,学会文化选择,在文化浸润、文化实践中健康成长。
In the cultural diversity, network information age, as an important platform for cultural inheritance and as an important carrier for cultural innovation, universities should actively explore the moral education innovation in order to enhance the pertinence and effect. Through the analysis of the multicultural background, this paper emphasizes that moral educators should play a leading role in the moral education innovation. In the "cultural education" goal guidance, they should develop cultural cohesion, influence and traction, carry out the conductive, experience type, online moral education, in order to improve college students' cultural identity, cultural choice and cultural practice in the cultural infiltration.
