湖南农村农业信息化“分区建设”路径探析

The Analysis of Hunan Rural Agricultural Informatization in Construction of Dividing Area

以湖南农业农村信息化建设实践为例，对湖南农村农业信息化现状，以及发展的制约因素进行了剖析，针对湖南不同区域、不同生态环境、不同社会经济条件和不同产业特点，划分出4个基本示范区：①长株潭“三网融合、三产融合”区；②洞庭湖“现代农业物联网”区；③湘中南丘陵“农村电子商务”区；④湘西山区“农村民生服务”。探索其建设途径有着十分重要的意义。

Hunan agricultural and rural informatization construction practice for example, on Hunan rural agricultural inforrnatization current situation, and analyzes the factors of restricting the development of Hunan, according to different regions, different ecological environment, social economic conditions and different industry characteristics, divided into four basic demonstration zone：①Changzhutan “three nets fusion, producing three fusion” area; ②Dongting Lake “the Modern Agriculture Networking” area; ③The central and southern Hunan hills “rural electronic commerce” area; ④ “The rural people＇s livelihood service” in the Xiangxi mountain. It is very important to exploring the way of dividing area construction.
