摘要
在造纸法再造烟叶的生产过程中,通过在抄造前添加碳酸氢钠(NaHCO_3)和乙酸,反应生成CO_2气体来提高成品的松厚度。试验结果表明该方法不仅能够有效地提高再造烟叶的松厚度,松厚度的增幅范围为4.8%~9.6%,有利于产品燃烧性能的提高;而且还能对再造烟叶的化学成分进行适当调整,降低烟气的刺激性,从而提升造纸法再造烟叶的产品质量。此外,该方法所采用的添加剂碳酸氢钠和乙酸均具有很高的安全性,对人体无任何毒副作用,并且成本低廉,具备良好的经济可行性。
By the addition of sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3) and acetic acid, which react to produce gaseous CO2, in the production process of reconstituted tobacco, the specific volume of product is enhanced successfully. The experimental results show that by applying the method, not only the specific volume of reconstituted tobacco is enhance effectively (the increasing range is 4.8%-9.6%), which results in the improvement of the product flammability, but also the chemical composition of reconstituted tobacco is adjusted properly, which lead to the reduction of the irritation of flue gas and the improvement of product quality. In addition, the additive applied in the method is sodium bicarbonate and acetic acid, which are of high safety, that is, there will be no toxic and side effect on human body. Furthermore, the two kinds of additive are of low cost. Thus the method is of well economic feasibility.
