摘要
运用计算流体运动力学软件FLUENT对抽气式转杯纺纺杯内气流场进行建模、网格划分,并采用有限体积法对纺杯内的气流场进行二维数值模拟,得到速度矢量分布以及2个截面的X轴方向和Y轴方向的速度分布情况。模拟结果直观地展示了纺杯内的气流流动特征,其中纺杯内流场速度处于20~150 m/s之间,截面的速度分布也较好地说明了纤维的运动趋势,验证了FLUENT软件研究纺杯内气流流动的可行性。
Modeling and meshing of airflow field in the spinning cup of air-extracting type rotor spinning were carried out by using the computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT, and two-dimensional numerical simulation of flow field in the cup was conducted by finite volume method, obtained the velocity vector distribution and the X-axis direction and Y-axis direction speed of two sections. The results revealed the flow characteristics in the cup, the flow speed was between 20 m/s and 150 m/s, and the velocity distribution of the section also illustrated the movement trend of the fiber, thus verifying the feasibility of the FLUENT software in research of the airflow in spinning cup.
