摘要
利用机械生物酶联合脱胶工艺对棉秆皮进行脱胶。应用模糊数学法处理机械生物酶联合脱胶的正交试验评价指标值,解决了2个评价指标优化条件不一致的问题,得出机械生物酶联合脱胶优化工艺参数:酶浓度6%(o.w.f),pH值4.4,温度60℃,时间8 h,棉秆皮纤维的残胶率为8.09%,木质素残余率为9.64%。采用FTIR、SEM和XRD进行测试,讨论了棉秆皮纤维的化学结构、微观表面形态及纤维素结构的变化,为棉秆皮纤维的染色与产品开发提供理论指导。
Experiments of combined mechanical and enzyme degumming of cotton stalk bast fiber were performed, and the fuzzy mathematical method was used to optimize the evaluation indexes of orthogonal test of the experimental results, thus solving the problems of inconsistence of optimization conditions between two evaluation indexes. The optimized process parameters obtained for the combined mechanical and enzyme degumming of cotton stalk bast fiber were as follows : enzyme concentration 6% ( o. w. f) , pH = 4.4, treating at 60 ℃ for 8 hours, thus processed cotton stalk fiber had a residual glue of 8.09% and residual lignin of 9.64%. The chemical structure, micro morphology, and cellulosic structure of the degummed fibers were characterized by FTIR, SEM and XRD. This study offers a theoretical guidance for dyeing of cotton stalk bast fiber and its product development.
