摘要
分析了我国电力双边交易模式现状,从大用户与发电企业直接交易,发电权有偿替代交易以及跨省(区)电量交易三个方面展开。对典型国家电力双边交易市场模式中交易主体构成,交易种类构成,交易达成方式以及交易机制进行对比分析,并由此总结出我国在电力双边交易中可以借鉴的经验。
The Chinese bilateral electricity market mode was analyzed,including direct power supply for large user,generation rights paid substitute transaction,and cross provice（region）,electricity trading.The transaction main bodies,types,deal means,and trading mechanism in typical bilateral electricity market mode were analyzed,and thus it summed up the experience that China could be learned from.
