通过引入"行为指针",建立一套针对电网调度的专业能力建模方法论。该方法为基于所给定的业务背景下的静态研究方法,而作为支撑企业业务发展的管理工具,能力模型本身也应该根据企业业务的发展动态地更新和维护。
