摘要
介绍了传统的电网调度员培训仿真系统在信息化背景下暴露出的缺陷。提出了一种在统一数据平台下的联合培训仿真系统,改变了传统电网端DTS系统与厂站的OTS系统孤立运行的状况,将两者构成一个闭环系统,利用数据共享技术充分发掘两系统的功能,加强系统间的互动,提高仿真培训系统的真实性和系统性。
The defect of traditional dispatcher trainning and simulating system was indicated.A newly combined trainning and simulating system based on unified data platform was proposed to change the isolated operating situation between DTS system and OTS system to combine them a closed-loop system.
