摘要
介绍了四川电网AVC系统结构、各级AVC子站站系统功能及其与AVC主站系统的协调控制方式。省调AVC主站系统通过建立基于在线软分区的三级电压优化控制方式,实现四川电网的全网电压无功优化控制。地调AVC系统以省调AVC主站下达的协调控制命令为约束条件在地区电网内进行电压无功优化控制。由地调AVC系统与县调AVC之间建立互联协调控制,最终实现四川电网基于全网无功优化的电压自动控制功能。
The paper presents AVC system structure and multi-level AVC substation functions and its coordination with master station.AVC system of Provincial Grid master station builds three-level voltage optimal control method based on online soft partition,realizes voltage reactive optimization control of general Sichuan power grid.AVC system of District Grid control voltage based on the order of Provincial Grid dispatcher as constraints,District Grid AVC system coordinates with County Grid AVC system,realizes general reactive power optimization of Sichuan power grid.
