介绍了3种铝粉型碱性镀锌液净化剂配方(以1kg产品为例):(1)100%FLG-4铝粉;(2)铝粉600g,锌粉300g,乙二胺四乙酸二钠100g;(3)铝粉770g,锌粉150g,保险粉20g,酒石酸钾钠50g,海藻酸钠10g。其用量一般为:大处理1.0～2.0g/L,日常维护0.5～1.0g/L。介绍了净化步骤及注意事项。

Three formulations of aluminum powder-type purifier for alkaline zinc plating bath were presented. 1 kg of product contains： （1） industrial Al powder （200-300 mesh） 100%; （2） Al powder 600 g, Zn powder 300 g, and EDTA-2Na 100 g; or （3） Al powder 770 g, Zn powder 150 g, Na2S2O4 20g, potassium sodium tartrate 50 g, and sodium alginate 10 g. The dosage is 1.0-2.0 g/L for deep treatment and 0.5-1.0 g/L for routine maintenance. The purification procedure and some points for attention were described.
