A Pubilc Knowledge Management Framework for New Product Development

摘要 企业为了将知识资源转化为市场竞争优势,越来越多地采用新产品开发"团队"的组织方式,利用科学的新产品开发过程,结合短期的快速开发方法,获得可以盈利的新产品。公共知识管理作为一种新型的知识管理方法,提供了有效的知识整合及分享方式,基于公共知识管理方法提出的实施框架将极大提升新产品开发的效率和质量,加强新产品开发团队成员之间的知识分享,逐步将开发过程中的知识积累存储于企业的知识库中。最后介绍了给予该框架的公共知识网络管理系统在企业中的应用示范情况。 To transform the knowledge resources into market competency, the enterprises utilize the organization of new product development (NPD)"team" ', the scientific product development processes, and some short-term rapid development methodology more frequently for developing profitable product. Public knowledge management, as a new knowledge management method, provides effective knowledge integration and sharing approach. This paper provides an implementation framework of the public knowledge management methodology, which aims to improve the effectiveness and quality of knowledge management for the NPD,to enhance the NPD team members' knowledge communication and finally accelerate the knowledge accumulation within the enterprise.
