打印机进纸胶辊摩擦系测试与分纸效果研究 被引量:5

Study on Friction Coefficient Test of Printer Feed Rubber and Paper Separation Effect

摘要 胶辊通过摩擦影响分纸效果,文中基于摩擦学理论对打印机进纸胶辊进行研究分析。建立胶辊与纸张接触力学模型;搭建胶辊摩擦系数测试平台;利用Matlab软件将实验数据拟合成为线性组合函数;利用RecurDyn仿真软件进行分纸效果仿真研究,分析了胶辊摩擦系数对分纸效果的影响。 Rubber roller influences paper separation through friction, this paper studies Printer feed rubber roller based on the tribological analysis. A contact mechanics model between a rubber roller and a paper is established, and a rubber roller friction experimental platform is also built. The experimental data is tilted into a linear combining function by Matlab software, and the paper separation effect is simulated by RecurDyn simulation software for studying the influence of roller friction coefficient on the paper separation effect.
