摘要
为研究列车处于高速运行状态时车顶绝缘子的积污特性,建立了车顶绝缘子外部3维流场模型,研究了高速气流作用下车顶绝缘子周围的流场特性。结合数值模拟和现场实测,分析了车顶绝缘子表面的积污分布及其影响因素。结果表明:高速气流通过改变车顶绝缘子外围的气流分布进而影响污秽颗粒的碰撞特性,导致绝缘子两端部伞裙的积污比中间伞裙严重,伞裙上、下表面的污秽规律有较大差异。
To study the contamination characteristics of roof insulator in high speed locomotive, a three-dimensional flow field mode of roof insulator was established to figure out the airflow distribution under high speed airflow. Combining numerical calculation and field measurement, the contamination distribution and related factors were analyzed. It is found that the high speed airflow influences the movement of contamination particles by changing the airflow around roof insulator, which makes the contamination on both end sheds is more serious than that on the middle sheds. There are big differences in deposition regular pattern between the upper surface and bottom surface.
