摘要
患者女，76岁。因“反复发热1年余，多饮、多尿10个月，纳差半月余”于2011年5月12日入院。患者于1年余前出现反复发热，并双耳疼痛。10个月前出现烦渴、多饮、多尿，日饮水量、尿量约5L，无咳嗽、咯痰，无鼻塞、流脓涕。当地医院肺部CT：两肺多发占位病变。鼻窦cT：左侧慢性中耳炎：双侧上颌窦、筛窦、蝶窦慢性炎症。
