经阴道超声介入治疗盆腔脓肿30例分析 被引量：6

摘要 盆腔脓肿发生于盆腔炎的急性期、亚急性期及慢性盆腔炎的急性发作期．是女性生殖器感染最严重的表现。广谱的抗生素与抗厌氧菌的药物联合应用使不少的盆腔脓肿的患者避免了手术，但25％的未破裂型盆腔脓肿患者，经过积极的治疗病情无好转甚至恶化。
