摘要
从玫瑰花中分离了7个化合物,通过波谱法和理化性质分别鉴定为没食子酸(1)、咖啡酸(2)、木犀草素(3)、槲皮素(4)、乔松素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、槲皮素-4'-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)、刺槐苷(7)。化合物2、3、5、6、7为首次从该植物中分得。
The constituents of Rose flowers were isolated and purified by silica gd column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 and TLC. The structures of these compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectral data and physiochemical properties. Seven compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as gallic acid (1), caffeic acid (2), lute- olin (3), quercetin (4), pinocembrin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5), quercetin-4'-O-β-D-glucoside ( 6 ), acacetin-7-O- rutinoside (7). Four ilavonoids (3,5,6,7) and one organic acid (2) were isolated from R. rugosa Thunb. for the first time, along with two previously reported chemical constituents (1,4).
