摘要
江苏某硅业有限公司的光伏硅电池有机废水主要含有聚乙二醇(PEG)、碳化硅粉末、硅粉及少量洗涤剂废水等,其中聚乙二醇为较难生物降解物质。为使出水COD达到60 mg/L的排放要求,采用混凝沉淀/水解酸化/好氧曝气/MBR废水处理工艺。双叠平板膜的运用、合理的设计参数选择、高效的运行操作使得该处理工艺的出水水质稳定,处理效果良好,250 m3/d的MBR出水已回用于生产。
The organic wastewater from a photovohaic cell company located in Jiangsu Province contains biorefractory polyethylene glycol ( PEG), silicon carbide powder, silicon powder and detergents. The combined process of coagulation sedimentation, hydrolysis acidification, aerobic aeration and MBR was used to enable the effluent COD to meet the discharge requirement of 60 mg/L. The stable effluent quality and good treatment effect were achieved by application of the flat-sheet membrane, reasonable selection of the design parameters and the high-efficiency operation. Effluent of 250 m3/d from MBR was reused for production.
