水解酸化—A^2/O—MBR工艺处理肉类加工废水 被引量:6

Hydrolysis Acidification-A^2/O-MBR Process for Treatment of Meat Processing Wastewater

摘要 采用水解酸化—A2/O—MBR工艺处理肉类加工废水,处理规模为2 000 m3/d。工程运行结果表明,该工艺处理效率高,出水水质稳定,最终出水COD、BOD5、SS、氨氮、动植物油分别低于30、10、20、5、10 mg/L,同时达到《肉类加工工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 13457—92)的一级标准和《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级标准。 The combined process of hydrolysis acidification, A2/O and MBR was used to treat meat processing wastewater. The treatment capacity was 2 000 m3/d. The actual operation results of the project showed that the process had high treatment efficiency and the effluent quality was stable. COD, BOD5, SS, ammonia nitrogen, animal and vegetable oils in the effluent were less than 30 mg/L, 10 mg/ L, 20 mg/L, 5 mg/L and 10 mg/L respectively, which met the first criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Meat Packing Industry ( GB 13457 - 92 ) and the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard ( GB 8978 - 1996).
