摘要
云计算为我国版权法治建设带来了多方面的挑战与机遇,在实施"国家知识产权战略"、"建设自主创新型国家"的背景下,结合2012年国家知识产权战略实施推进计划和著作权法第三次修改草案,我国版权法治建设应重点关注:立法规制与行业自治的有机结合、数字版权管理技术与产业的发展、行政监管与司法执法的加强、学术研究的鼓励与版权法律意识及文化的培育等方面。
Cloud computing has brought many challenges and opportunities for China＇s copyright law construction,in the background of implementing ＂National Intellectual Property Strategy＂ and ＂building innovation-oriented country＂,combined with the 2012 National Intellectual Property Strategy implementation plan and the third draft revision of the Copyright Law,the following points about China＇s copyright law construction should be concerned：the organic combination of the legislation and industry self-government,the development of digital rights management technology and industry,the strengthening of administrative supervision and judicial enforcement,the encouragement of academic research and awareness of copyright laws and the cultivation of culture and so on.
