Strategy on Resource-Sharing among Collaborative Innovation Entities Based on Game Theory

协同创新在经济社会发展有着重要的推动作用。推动协同创新体系发展,强化科技资源开放共享成为时代的主题。本文研究协同创新主体资源共享问题,明确协同创新资源共享的内涵;并建立监管部门、企业、高校和研究院所三者之间的博弈模型,对博弈模型的结果因素进行分析;最后提出对策建议。

Collaborative innovation plays an important role in the economy activities.It＇s the theme to construct the collaborative innovation system and to promote the resource-sharing.In the article,the resource-sharing in the process of collaborative innovation is discussed.Then the connotation of the resource-sharing of collaboration innovation is clarified.The Game Model among government,enterprise,university and institution is presented to analyze the affecting factors.At last,the countermeasures are provided.
