我国部分地区基层医疗卫生机构基本药物配备使用情况调研

Investigation and Survey of Essential Drugs Provision and Use in Primary Health Care Institutions from Some Areas in China

目的:监测并评估基层医疗卫生机构基本药物使用和合理用药情况。方法:在我国东、中、西部各选1个省份,抽取部分第1批实施国家基本药物制度的基层医疗卫生机构的处方,对实施国家基本药物制度前、后基本药物使用情况和合理用药情况的量化指标进行统计学检验、分析。结果:国家基本药物制度实施后,基层医疗卫生机构每张处方用药品种数由3.84种降为3.72种,抗菌药物、注射剂、激素使用下降幅度不明显,基本药物平均使用比例由66.9%提升至79.5%。结论:实施国家基本药物制度后,我国基层医疗卫生机构基本药物配备使用率有显著提高,但合理用药水平未有明显改善。

OBJECTIVE： To monitor and evaluate the use of essential drugs and rational use of drugs in primary health care in- stitutions. METHODS： 3 provinces were selected from the eastern, central and westem of China respectively; parts of prescriptions were sampled from primary health care institutions which implemented essential drug system in first group; the quantitative indica- tors of the situation of essential drug use and rational use of drugs were tested and analyzed statistically before and after the imple- mentation of national essential drug system. RESULTS： After the implementation of national essential drug system, the number of drug types per prescription in primary health care institutions decreased from 3.84 to 3.72, whereas, the decrease of antibiotics, in- jection and hormone use was not significant. The proportion of essential drugs use increased from 66.9% to 79.5%. CONCLUSION： After the implementation of national essential drug system, the equipment and utilization rate of essential drugs in primary health care institutions has been increased significantly, but rational use of drugs isn＇t improved significantly.
