前后轴独立驱动电传动系统驱动模式切换研究

摘要 研究一种新型双输入双输出变速器优化设计问题,传统的方法是保留四驱车的传动系统,使得控制复杂,可靠性差。为此提出以前后轴独立驱动电动越野车辆为研究平台,对工作模式进行合理选择,并提出了变速器工作模式切换控制方法。利用AVL Cruise和MATLAB/simulink软件平台建立了整车前向仿真模型和模式切换控制器,并进行仿真。仿真结果表明,合理选择工作模式可以保证电传动系统无动力中断,对模式切换过程的合理控制可以减小换挡力,降低换挡冲击,将换挡时间控制在0.7s内,提高整车动力性。 Optimization design of a new type transmission with dual -input and dual -output was researched. Traditional program keeps the transmission of four - wheel drive vehicles, which results in complex control and low reliability. So some reasonable modes and a mode - switch control method of the transmission were proposed based on an electric off- road vehicle with axles separately Driven. Based on AVL Cruise and MATLAB/simulink software, a forward vehicle simulation model and a mode - switch controller were set up and the simulation was conducted. The simulation results show that a reasonable drive mode switch can guarantee the vehicle power output, and a reasonable mode switch control can decrease shift force and shift impact, and maintain the shift time within 0. 7s, improving the vehicle power performance.
