Application and Prospect of RFID Location Technology in Medical Equipment Management

医疗设备是医院临床、科研、教学等各项业务活动的物质基础,管理部门对医疗设备管理的优劣,将直接影响医院的经济效益。鉴于医院设备管理的重要性以及传统管理工作中存在的不足,无线射频识别(RFID)技术被越来越多地应用于医疗设备定位、监控等方面。本文介绍了RFID技术在医疗设备管理中的应用优势及国内外的应用现状,并简析了目前面临的一些问题并做出前景展望。

Medical equipment is the material basis of the operational activities of the hospital clinical, research, and teaching. The pros and cons of medical equipment management directly relate to hospital economic benefit. In view of the importance of hospital equipment management and the deficiency of traditional management methods, RFID （radio frequency identification ） technology is increasingly used in medical equipment positioning, monitoring and management. This paper describes the application advantages of RFID technology in the management of medical equipment and application status at home and abroad, and briefly analyzes some of the issues currently facing and the prospects.
