摘要
介绍高速摄像技术应用于中浓磨浆过程研究的实验装置与方法,并采用透明磨片,利用染色纤维作为纤维示踪物,通过高速摄像技术对中浓磨片内纤维变化情况进行了完整的拍摄记录。通过对图像的处理与观察分析,得出不同转速及磨片不同区域纤维团运动状况,简要地分析了纤维团变化的原因。
The methods which are used to research the process of mid-medium refining based on high-speed photography technology were introduced. The discs of the refiner are made of transparent glass and the complete process of refining are recorded with a high-speed and resolution camera, with dyed fibers as tract fibers. According to observing and analyzing phenomenon, the movement of pulp in different area of refiner and in different rate of refiner are found.
