摘要 研究草浆白泥碳酸钙中酸不溶物对AKD施胶的影响,结果表明白泥碳酸钙中酸不溶物成分的存在状态变化可能是影响AKD施胶的因素之一。研究酸不溶物含量对AKD施胶的影响时发现,随着酸不溶物含量增加,AKD施胶效率降低明显。分析工厂不同精制过程的白泥碳酸钙对AKD施胶的影响时发现,经过碳化处理的白泥碳酸钙加填,成纸的施胶度出现剧烈下降,其原因可能是碳化处理过程使得酸不溶物中的主要成分由水合硅酸钙转变成硅酸,从而影响了AKD的施胶。 The effects of acid insoluble matter in lime mud from straw pulping on AKD sizing were studied. The results showed that it is one of factors affecting AKD sizing that the state of existence of major constituent of acid insoluble matter in lime mud. The acid insoluble matter content is higher, AKD sizing efficiency is lower. As the acid insoluble matter increasing, the AKD sizing efficiency reduces. When the carbonized lime mud from pulp mill is used as filler, the sizing degree will decline sharply. The possible reason is that carbonizing treatment made calcium silicate hydrate in acid insoluble matter change into silicate, thereby affecting the AKD sizing.
