摘要 对杨木P-RC APMP制浆废液的减压蒸发性能进行了研究。结果表明:废液沸点随蒸发真空度升高而降低,沸点降低速率约为10℃·(0.01MPa)-1,其线性回归方程为y=-1050x+148.17。随废液浓度逐渐增大,沸点越来越高,在真空度分别为0.06MPa、0.075MPa和0.09MPa时,浓度每增加1个百分点沸点分别升高0.45℃、0.95℃和1.6℃。随着蒸发的进行,馏出液中挥发性物质越来越多,电导率逐渐增大,表面张力逐渐降低。原废液与馏出液中有机污染物均主要为芳香族物质,少量为脂肪族物质,馏出液中挥发性有机物约占废液中总有机物的5%。 The study on vacuum evaporation of poplar P-RC APMP effluent performance was carried out. The results showed that the boiling point of the effluent reduces with the increase of the vacuum, the reducing frequency of boiling point is about 10℃(0.01MPa)-1, while the linear regression equation is y = -1050x + 148.17. The boiling point of the effluent rises with the concentration increase gradually; while the vacuums are at 0.06 MPa, 0.075 MPa and 0.09 MPa, the ratios of boiling point increasing value to the concentration change value are about 0.45℃, 0.95℃ and 1.6℃ respectively when its concentration increases 1 percent. As the evaporation continues, the volatile material in the distillate increases, conductivity increases, the surface tension decreases gradually. The organic pollutants including in the effluent and distillate are mainly aromatic substances, and less are aliphatic substances, the volatile organic compounds in the distillate account for about 5% of the total organic matters in the effluent.
