自走式喷雾机转向技术应用与发展动态分析 被引量:7

摘要 对国内外自走式喷雾机转向技术的应用特点和发展动态进行了全面总结和分析,以自走式喷雾机转向性能参数为依据,分别从转向实现方式、不同转向模式下转向半径比较、车轮最大转向角范围等方面深入分析了自走式喷雾机转向技术的应用特点。最后,指出了多轴转向技术和转向自动控制技术是自走式喷雾机转向技术的发展趋势。研究结论对我国自走式喷雾机开发过程中转向系统的设计和技术参数确定等有重要指导和借鉴意义。 The steering system of different self-propelled sprayers all over the world was summarized and analyzed in de- tail based on quantity of literature. The conclusion shows that hydraulic power steering technology was applied by most of the sprayers. There are three different modes for the steering system, front wheel steering, four wheel steering and parallel axis steering. And the adjusting of tread width and re-phasing of cylinders could be realized by more than 95% of the sprayers with its hydraulic power steering system. The maximal steering angle of sprayers is between 26° and 37°, and turn radius could be decreased by 33% averagely with four wheel steering mode. Auto-steering controlled technology and multi-axle steering technology are the direction of hydraulic power steering system. The conclusion is very helpful for pa- rameter choosing, designing and developing of steering system during the development of self-propelled sprayers in Chi- na.
