摘要
为了提高果园作业平台的安全性和操控稳定性,针对果园特殊环境的作业特点,设计了一种静态防侧翻控制系统。该系统以STC89C52RC单片机为核心处理芯片,采用横向载荷转移率(LTR)作为平台稳定性判定指标,通过计算确定了侧翻阈值。实验结果表明,系统能够改善并提高平台作业稳定性。
To make the orchard multi-function operating platform working safe in the orchard environment, we design a static anti-roll control system. It use the STC89C52RC MCU as the core processing chip and use the lateral load transfer ratio (LTR) to determine the stability index for the platform and determine the rollover threshold by calculating. The ex- perimental results show that the system can improve and enhance the stability of the platform operation.
